Service Description

We stagger our start dates every 2 weeks to make your onboarding smooth and have a dedicated success manager ready to jump onto your campaign. We're committed to delivering an exceptional service to you and, as a small but mighty team, we are limited in our availability for campaigns to make sure all of our calls are delivered with the quality you would expect to represent your brand. Please find the start date that suits you the best, your deposit holds the reservation and your 1st month's payment is due (less the deposit fee) 7 days prior to your start date. Once your start date is reserved, you'll be directed to your next steps and your onboarding pack will be sent to your e-mail within 24hrs. Cancellation Policy

Purpose: This policy outlines the requirements and procedures for paying a deposit to reserve a start date for a cold calling campaign using the Moment 360 Method. This ensures proper allocation of team members and adequate preparation for a successful campaign. 1. Deposit Requirement: 1.1. To secure a start date for a cold calling campaign, clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of £250. 1.2. The deposit must be paid upfront to reserve preferred start date 2. Payment Process: 2.1. Payments can be made via www.momentumsales.co.uk. 2.2. A receipt confirming the deposit payment will be sent to the client once the funds have been received and processed. The deposit amount will be deducted from your 1st month's payment. 3. Reservation Confirmation: 3.1. The reservation of the start date is confirmed only after the deposit has been received. No start date will be held without the deposit payment. 3.2. Upon confirmation, the client will receive a detailed schedule, outlining key milestones and preparation activities leading up to the campaign start date. 4. Allocation of Team Members: 4.1. The deposit allows us to allocate the necessary team members to the campaign, ensuring that we can deliver high-quality services and meet the campaign objectives. 5. Cancellation and Rescheduling: 5.1. In the event that a client needs to cancel the campaign, the deposit is non-refundable. 5.2. If a client wishes to reschedule the start date, they must notify us at least 14 days in advance. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. We will accommodate a change in start date where possible. 7. Non-Payment of Deposit: 7.1. If the deposit is not received within the specified timeframe, the tentative start date will be released and may be allocated to another client. 7.2. Clients will need to reapply for a new start date, subject to availability, if they wish to proceed with the campaign. 8.
